AI Search Ready ("we," "us"), a service of Barrana.ai based in Vaughan, Ontario, is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Canadian privacy law. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What Information Do We Collect?

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any details you share when booking through our scheduling provider or contacting us. Our hosting provider may process ordinary server-log data needed to deliver and protect the site. Optional analytics and advertising measurement load only when configured and when you select “Allow analytics.”

How Do We Use It?

To respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver consultations and services, send information you have requested, improve this website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to those you would reasonably expect.

Who Do We Share It With?

Service providers who help us operate, such as our scheduling provider (Calendly), website hosting, and, when enabled with permission, Google Analytics and Meta for site and advertising measurement. We may also share information where required by law. Some providers store data outside Canada, where it is subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

How Long Do We Keep It?

Only as long as needed for the purposes above or as law requires, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

What Are Your Rights?

Under PIPEDA you may request access to your personal information, ask for corrections, withdraw consent where consent is the basis of processing, and ask questions or make complaints about our practices. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond promptly. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Measurement

Analytics and Meta Pixel measurement are optional. When configured, they load only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Choosing “Decline” prevents those scripts from loading. The choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it, and the site remains usable either way. Measurement events are designed to exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, booking details, and free-text messages. Meta may process device and browsing information outside Canada under its own privacy terms. Ordinary hosting and security logs may still be processed to operate the site.
