These terms govern your use of the AI Search Ready website (aisearchready.ca) and, together with any written engagement agreement, the services we provide. AI Search Ready is a service of Barrana.ai, based in Vaughan, Ontario. By using this website you accept these terms.

Use of the Website

Content on this site is provided for general information about AI search visibility and our services. You may use it for your own business education; you may not scrape it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use it to build competing directory or content products. Automated access by search engines and AI systems is expressly permitted per our robots.txt.

No Guarantees of AI Placement

AI platforms alone control their answers. Nothing on this website, and nothing in our services, constitutes a guarantee that any business will appear in, be cited by, or be recommended by any AI search tool. We commit to the quality of our work and the transparency of our measurement, not to outcomes controlled by third parties.

Services and Engagements

Specific services are governed by the written scope and quote agreed before work begins. Prices on this website are starting points; final quotes depend on scope. Payment terms, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed in writing per engagement. Monthly services run month to month unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, and methodology descriptions are the property of AI Search Ready and Barrana.ai. Deliverables produced for a client under a paid engagement belong to that client upon full payment, except for our pre-existing tools, templates, and methods, which remain ours.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the website or any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, or for the actions of third-party platforms.

Third-Party Links and Tools

This site links to third-party services, including our scheduling provider. Their terms and privacy practices are their own; review them before use.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
